Are the shapes downloaded and stored on my computer?
Yes, the shapes are downloaded and stored on your computer. In case you change computers or your shape files get deleted, your purchased shapes will be available through your Cutters Market account and software serial number so that they can be easily downloaded again.
How do I buy and download a shape?
First, add your desired shapes and shape sets to your shopping cart. (Access your shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen. If you haven’t signed in already, then you will be taken to the Sign In page.) Once in your shopping cart, you can add a coupon code if you have one, continue shopping or proceed to checkout where you can place your order and download your brand new shapes.
Can I make purchases through my web browser or only when using the SCAL software?
We recommended you purchase your shapes through the software because the shapes will automatically download to your Design Downloads folder after you click on the “Download Order” button. However, if you do access the Store via your web browser to download shapes, a file (.scalorder) with your order information will be downloaded. This file can be easily moved by dragging and placing it on the virtual mat in the software. Once placed on the mat, the order will automatically download your shapes from the Store and file them in your Design Downloads folder. You may also choose the “Sync” option in the drop down menu from the Library window on the software. This will automatically download any shapes that you have purchased on the Store that can’t be found on your computer already.
Can I share my files with a friend?
To protect the artwork of our licensed designers, any purchased design cannot be shared.

Sure Cuts A Lot 5 or higher to download and open.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns and will not give out refunds. All sales are final.
How do you purchase designs?
Designs are purchased with credits. Credits can be purchased through your account with a credit card. Credits start at $1 each with a $5 minimum, but can be discounted when purchasing larger credit amounts (Example. 5 credits for $5.00, 10 credits for $9.50, 25 credits for $22.50)
How do I purchase credits?
You must first have an active account on this site. Then log in and go to My Account at the top and choose Purchase Credits. You can then choose the number of credits to purchase. All major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.
Where can I find my downloaded shapes?
Your downloaded shapes are located in the “Design Downloads” folder within your shape library on the software.
How do I sell my designs?
In order to sell designs, you must sign up as a Designer. After you log in and go to My Account at the top and choose Account Home, you can choose to Sign Up as a Designer. After your designer account is activated, the Sign up option should change to Designer Info where you can see instructions to download your publish key to allow you to upload your designs from 0 to the site.
How do designers get paid?
Designers will receive a percentage of the actual dollar value of the credits used to purchase the designs minus any discounts and fees associated with the purchase. Royalty percentage starts at 40% and can go up based on various factors such as sales volume and number of designs uploaded. Minimum payout threshold is $50. If threshold is not met, amounts will be carried over. Payouts can be sent out through PayPal or Venmo
I signed up for a free account, but I haven’t received the confirmation email. Where is it?
Please take a moment to check the Junk Folder in your email account. Sometimes email providers will automatically place the confirmation email in your Spam/Junk folder. If it hasn’t shown up in your email inbox or Junk Folder within 10 minutes, then request another confirmation email to be sent. Also, please make sure that you have entered the correct email address.
What are projects?
Projects are a collection of shapes from this site or other sources and the software to make a scrapbook page, gift box, album, card, etc. You can create and save your projects in the software. You can upload your projects to be downloaded or purchased by other users to recreate for themselves. If the customer hasn’t purchased one of the shapes in the project, they will be prompted to buy the missing designs in order to complete the project.
How do I upload my own project?
In the File menu, there is an option to “Share Online.” Once selected, you can find your saved project, add a title, category, keywords, description, and select an image to show the project, as well as attach instructions with the project. Once submitted, the project will be reviewed and upon approval, the project will then be available for download from the Store.
Can I create a wishlist?
Yes, you can create a wishlist of all the designs you would like to buy. There is a drop-down menu right next to the price of the set or shape. Click on that drop-down arrow and select “Add to wishlist.”
Is there a way I can send a friend a link to view a certain design?
You can send your friend a link via email to any design and project by clicking on the drop-down menu right next to the price of the shape. Click on that drop-down arrow and select “Tell a friend.”
